San Diego Business Resources meets at 7:30AM for 90 minutes the first and third Wednesdays of each month (with coffee/continental breakfast) at the Corporate Conference room of Transworld Systems at 8885 Rio San Diego Drive, Suite 100 in Mission Valley .
At these meetings, we focus on expanding opportunities for our business by learning about each others’ businesses, networking, exchanging referrals and building more effective capabilities for business development in a productive non-threatening environment.
San Diego Business Resources has a very active program of events designed for members, prospective members and the business commumity.
Member Programs -The SDBR networking group meets twice a month for a regular meeting focused on networking, business skills, best practices and socializing. Each meeting is different with an exciting program from members, outside speakers or group exercises. Everything is ultimately focused on networking success and business growth.
Triads -A significant dimension of understanding each member’s business is the structured Triad program. Each month members meet in assigned groups of three (or sometimes 4) to have lunch, breakfast, coffee or maybe even an adult beverage to get to know each other and their business expertise. The fundamental principle is that a person will be comfortable in refering to another member only when they have a level of trust and underatanding and the Triad program helps ensure and facilitate this process.
Seminars -SDBR sponsors 2 or 3 seminars each year generally on a business theme or focus. These seminars are held at a convenient, centrally located venue. Social Events – The membership of SDBR has periodic events at each others offices or at a member’s home. Typically these social events are organized around a holiday theme, a group event like a sporting event or something innovative, creative or interesting.
