David is a business litigation and estate planning attorney. For those issues on which David does not have the experience or expertise to assist a business client, Davis assists the client in identifying a qualified candidate to assist the client. David advises his clients to identify potential areas of concern early so that focused and limited steps can be taken early to limit risk and to best ensure the ability to avoid a dispute.
